Free Wine Tasting Event 19th Sept: MORE INFO!       |      WE ARE OPEN!

We’re always happy to help

  • Are face coverings required?

We ask that quests wear a face covering in all communal buildings at all times & whilst on the resident’s tour. Guests are not required to wear them at their allocated table for meals / wine tasting

  • Do you offer private tours?

We are not offering any private / group tours at this present time

  • Do you cater for Hen / Stag parties?

Sorry, we do not take bookings for Hen or Stag parties.

  • Which is the nearest train station?

Ledbury is closest, about 10 minute drive away, however taxis can be difficult to arrange – there is no taxi rank.

Gloucester is the largest station and is about 30 minutes drive. There is a taxi rank.

The number 132 bus goes from Gloucester to Ledbury and so passes directly past our drive. This can be convenient & inexpensive. It runs every 2 hours

  • Can we get a taxi?

Taxi’s around our area are scarce. There are a couple of firms in Ledbury or Ross on Wye but they need to be booked in advance and can prove very expensive for relatively short trips . There are no taxi firms in Newent.

Taxis going to and from Gloucester are easier to arrange, using Gloucester based firms.

  • When can we check in to our room?

Rooms are ready from 3pm if you are going to arrive after 8pm please let us know.

  • I have ordered a voucher by email, but it's not arrived. I have the order confirmation. What should I do?

We are sorry you haven’t found your e-voucher. The email will be from WordPress rather than Three Choirs.  Please would you check all junk & spam boxes on your email account. If you still can’t see it, please call or email us & we can arrange for it to be re sent. If you are using a work email address, some businesses block emails from companies selling alcohol, so that could explain it. Please call us and we can change the email address & re-send

  • When is the best time to visit?

We are open all year round. The vineyard looks great in the depths of winter, especially on cold frosty mornings. The vines bud in May, then grow rapidly through June, July & August. September is our busy time with harvest, which goes through into October. So the choice is yours!

  • Our voucher has expired! Can you extend it?

Sorry you haven’t been able to visit during the last 12 months! We would like to see you here, so please give us a call on 01531 890223  – we will try to sort something for you

  • Can we bring our dog to the vineyard?

Dogs are not allowed in any of the buildings at the vineyard, including any of our rooms & lodges. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you for a table outside in our courtyard or terrace, and must be kept on a lead at all times. Please do not leave your dog in your car! Our car park is in full sun and has no shade.

  • Are your wines suitable for vegetarians & vegans?

Yes!  Our wines are all suitable for vegetarians & vegans

  • Where can we buy your wine?

If you can’t make it to our Cellar Door, we offer a mail order service. M&S, Waitrose, Majestic Wine and The Wine Society also stock our wine, however will vary by branch.

Room Availability

We have been overwhelmed by the response since we opened up bookings, so we are sorry if you have been struggling to make a reservation for a room so far. Winter is lovely in the vineyard and we have good availability from mid November onwards, so perhaps planning a Winter escape might be the perfect thing to look forward to. There will be a table for you in our brasserie, so no need to book this separately as our online table booking system is currently suspended. Thank you for your unfailing support during this tricky time - your kind messages have kept us all going, and to those that have made a booking over the next couple of months, we very much appreciate that you have made making a visit to the Vineyard one of your first post lockdown priorities. We hope to see you for a glass of something fizzy soon!
