We’re always happy to help

  • Do you offer private tours?

We can offer a private group tour on Tuesdays & Thursdays, at either 11.30 am or 2.30 pm  There needs to be a minimum of 12 guests, maximum 40. We do not have tea / coffee / refreshment facilities for large groups.

We can offer a tour followed by lunch for groups of 12 to 24 guests. Please contact us directly for information

  • Do you cater for Hen / Stag parties?

Sorry, we do not take bookings for Hen or Stag parties.

  • Which is the nearest train station?

Ledbury is closest, about 10 minute drive away, however taxis can be difficult to arrange – there is no taxi rank.

Gloucester is the largest station and is about 30 minutes drive. There is a taxi rank.

The number 132 bus goes from Gloucester to Ledbury and so passes directly past our drive. This can be convenient & inexpensive. It runs every 2 hours

  • Can we get a taxi?

Taxi’s around our area are scarce. There are a couple of firms in Ledbury or Ross on Wye but they need to be booked in advance and can prove very expensive for relatively short trips . There are no taxi firms in Newent.

Taxis going to and from Gloucester are easier to arrange, using Gloucester based firms.

  • When can we check in to our room?

Rooms are ready from 3pm if you are going to arrive after 8pm please let us know.

  • I have ordered a voucher by email, but it's not arrived. I have the order confirmation. What should I do?

We are sorry you haven’t found your e-voucher. The email will be from WordPress rather than Three Choirs.  Please would you check all junk & spam boxes on your email account. If you still can’t see it, please call or email us & we can arrange for it to be re sent. If you are using a work email address, some businesses block emails from companies selling alcohol, so that could explain it. Please call us and we can change the email address & re-send

  • Do I need to buy a voucher for the Tour / Tour & Lunch?

The vouchers are intended to be given as a gift. If you are planning your own visit, there is no need to buy a voucher in advance. Everything can be paid for on the day. It is advisable to book in advance, especially on a Saturday as spaces are limited.

  • When is the best time to visit?

We are open all year round. The vineyard looks great in the depths of winter, especially on cold frosty mornings. The vines bud in May, then grow rapidly through June, July & August. September is our busy time with harvest, which goes through into October. So the choice is yours!

  • Our voucher has expired! Can you extend it?

Sorry you haven’t been able to visit during the last 12 months! We would like to see you here, so please give us a call on 01531 890223  – we will try to sort something for you

  • Can we bring our dog to the vineyard?

Dogs are not allowed in any of the buildings at the vineyard, including any of our rooms & lodges. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you for a table outside in our courtyard or terrace, and must be kept on a lead at all times. Please do not leave your dog in your car! Our car park is in full sun and has no shade.

  • Are your wines suitable for vegetarians & vegans?

Yes!  Our wines are all suitable for vegetarians & vegans

  • What days do you run the public tours?

We run our public tours every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday  and Sunday at 11.30am. On Saturdays there is an additional tour at 2pm

To give our customers the best experience possible, we limit the numbers on our tours. Advance booking is required during our busy season
