HARVEST DETAILS
The Vineyard is south facing on sandy loam soil. GDC trellis system with 800 vines per acre (2000 per hectare). A mixture of young recently planted vines and old vine all grapes are hand-picked. The 2020 harvest produced a light crop with excellent ripeness levels and balanced acidity levels.
