A medium sweet wine with distinct grapefruit on the nose and ripe citrus fruits on the palate with honeyed notes. This wine is full and well balanced, with the sweetness combining with fresh acidity to leave a clean, mouth-watering finish. WINEMAKING DETAILS: Gentle pneumatic pressing, yeast 71B, fermented at 16°c in stainless steel tanks. Stopped fermentation by cooling to preserve the residual sugar. Bentonite fining. No MLF.
