BLANC DE NOIRS SPARKLING 2014

Our Blanc de Noirs is a traditional bottle-fermented English sparkling wine. Very fine bubbles and a golden colour. A full-bodied Sparkling wine with subtle underlying citrus hints on the palate that are complemented by classic biscuit and brioche character typical of extended bottle maturation on the lees. This sparkling is everything you would expect of any superior sparkling wine; fresh, rich, rounded and full of complexity.

PINOT NOIR ROSÉ SPARKLING 2017

This Pinot Noir Rose is a traditional bottle fermented English sparkling wine. An orangy pink traditional sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. Aged on the lees for two and a half years, this wine has the complexity of the classic style balanced with fresh strawberry and cream on the finish. The hints of soft summer fruits on the palate are complemented by classic biscuit and brioche character typical of extended bottle maturation on the lees. This sparkling is everything you would expect of any superior sparkling wine; fresh, rich, rounded and full of complexity.

SIEGERREBE 2020

One of the vineyards flagship wines, made form the largest plantings of this variety in the country. A rich, aromatic wine with powerful aromatic spice on the nose, with lychee and grapefruit on the palate, and a long soft spicy finish. The 2020 vintage is soft and round, due to the early ripening.

RAVENS HILL 2018

A deep, ruby coloured red wine full of ripe blackberry and cherry fruit on the nose with a subtle hint of lightly toasted oak from the American Barrel ageing. English red berry fruit characters dominate on the palate, (damson, cherry, with a hint of blackberry and raspberry) and on the finish subtle vanilla oak character adds a degree of complexity to this cool-climate red wine.

COLERIDGE HILL 2019

A crisp, refreshing wine with distinctly English hedgerow aromas and hints of crisp apple, fragrant elderflower and freshly cut grass. The ripe fruit flavours, balanced acidity and subtle residual sugar combine to create a refreshing wine, perfect on its own or with fish dishes.

ROSÉ 2021

A fresh, refreshing rosé with subtle berry fruit aromas. An off-dry palate has classic English summer fruit and hints of summer hedgerow. A crisp, fresh finish make this ideal summer drinking as an aperitif or with fish dishes and BBQs.

WILLOW BROOK 2021

A soft, aromatic wine that combines the aromatic qualities of Siegerrebe with the powerful richness of Reichensteiner. Distinctive yet subtle floral aromas of lead onto rich character on the palate with hints of grapefruit and lychee on the palate, and a soft, rich off-dry finish. An interesting accompaniment to oriental food or on its own as an aperitif.
