A soft, aromatic wine that combines the aromatic qualities of Siegerrebe with the powerful richness of Reichensteiner. Distinctive yet subtle floral aromas of lead onto rich character on the palate with hints of grapefruit and lychee on the palate, and a soft, rich off-dry finish. An interesting accompaniment to oriental food or on its own as an aperitif. WINEMAKING DETAILS: Gentle pneumatic pressing, yeast 71B, fermented at 16°c in stainless steel tanks. Bentonite fining. No MLF. DE Filter, sheet filter and membrane 0.45m.
